Publisher Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of IdleFlow as a publisher — that is, integrating the IdleFlow SDK or script tag into an application you operate in order to earn a share of advertising revenue. By creating a publisher account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and approval
- You must own or operate the application you register, and prove control of its domain via DNS record or meta tag verification.
- All accounts are reviewed before activation. We may decline or suspend any account that violates the Publisher Content Policy or shows fraudulent traffic patterns.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts.
2. Revenue share and payment
- You earn 70% of the gross auction price of every qualified impression and click served in your app. The remainder is IdleFlow's fee.
- A qualified impression requires at least five seconds of real, focused visibility, as measured by the SDK and validated server-side.
- Earnings are pending for a 30-day fraud review window, then become verified. Only verified balances are payable. Minimum payout is $25. Payouts are processed on the 15th of the following calendar month (net-30).
- Earnings attributable to fraudulent, automated, or incentivized traffic may be reversed ("clawback") at any time before payout, and the account suspended.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may require tax documentation (e.g. W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying out.
3. Your obligations
- Do not click, view, or otherwise interact with ads in your own app to generate earnings, and do not encourage your users to do so.
- Do not obscure, alter, or remove the "Sponsored · via IdleFlow" attribution on the ad unit.
- Disclose your use of IdleFlow in your application's privacy policy. We provide template language in the dashboard.
- If you pass first-party user attributes to the SDK (age band, gender, interests), you must have obtained any consent required by law from your users to share that data for advertising purposes.
4. Data
IdleFlow collects ad delivery and interaction events from your app: ad impression timing, coarse geography derived from IP, device class, and an anonymous daily-rotating session identifier. We do not collect your users' prompts, content, names, or contact details. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
You may stop at any time by removing the tag; verified balances above the minimum remain payable. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with verified, non-fraudulent balances paid out at the next cycle.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee fill rate, eCPM, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdleFlow's total liability to you is limited to the amounts payable to you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
